“Excellent hotel”

Stayed here during my trip to London for about three days. Loved their service! Special shout-out to Astha for her help and excellent service during my stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The hotel was nice with good location and ambience. The service was good overall. Astha especially was with me to help me with things and she was polite and very attentive. Visiting there again definately.

I had one of the best breakfast experiences at the Clayton Hotel London Wall. Astha and Bianca provided truly exceptional service attentive, considerate, and genuinely welcoming. They created such a lovely atmosphere that made the morning feel relaxed and enjoyable. The food was excellent, but their kindness and professionalism made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended.

“Nice quiet modern hotel, comfortable, clean and with good links.”

Comfortable and stylish hotel with easy transport links. At the weekend it is a quiet part of the city as it there are lots of offices around that area. Room was clean, bed was a bit on the firm side but still comfortable enough (possibly personal preference). Very friendly and helpful staff. Great drink making facilities in room, quality teabags, real milk in the mini fridge, coffee machine with labelled pods, tasty biscuits. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, also had opening windows for fresh air. Hair dryer was a bit on the cheap basic side but perfectly serviceable.

Nothing that would stop me from staying here again.
