Nice villa, attention to details, spacious rooms. nice view. The property manager was attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately the villa is not suited for a winter stay, heating solutions are partial, leaving parts of the house cold and unpleasant The windows are not properly sealed and there are ventilation issues. In addition the hot water capacity is very limited, hot water run out after 2 showers. The owner committed to have the pool heated but when we arrived we were informed that the heating pump broke few days before and it would take a few days to heat it again. In addition, we were informed that due to limited electricity capacity in the villa, we might not be able to use all airco units to heat up the place. So consequently, we asked to close the pool heat pump. We also had a lot of ants in the kitchen.

Great villa, looks just like the photos. View of sunset was amazing and Cala Vedella beach within an easy walk or short drive. Heated pool was great.

Beautiful property- like a show house with incredible attention to detail . immaculate & everything was like staying in a hotel stunning

Everything about the house was perfect - the location is great & The house is round the corner from a bar and supermarket - we chose not to have a car this year but the walk to the beach up the hill was an issue with kids ( we just chose not to do it during the day!) the taxis were hit & miss ( we waited an hour for one on one of the days)
