The location was perfect, and the facilities excellent for the price, it was really good value.

The loaction

They have alot of bugs, especially mosquitoes. You will get biten always on the property and the mosquitoes wait for you at your room door. They lie about the noise level and times to keep it quiet. They had people being lou and having loud parties until 1 or 2a.m. when calling the customer service to help with anything, they are rude and will hang up on you or won't answer. The customer service will text you at all hours to tell you about the property and what's going on with it but wont respond back to a text which they initiated with you. I asked to speak to management and they said they will contact me, its been over a month now since I left and nothing. Not a good experience, room looked nothing like the pictures. It seemed gloomy in the room and there's a bad aura at that property. Overall I wont be back. Wasn't a good experience, especially the bug problem they have, if you want to scratch your skin to the bones and have raw skin, come here. My entire skin is messed up due to them not taking care of a mosquito issue they have, and roaches, here and there.

“Needs an overhaul.”

The location is fantastic and easy reach. Having own parking spot also a plus. Never used the pool but having a pool and chilling by is good.

The AC is very week and couldn't keep up with the heat. The matress is obviously overused and sinks in the middle which makes sleeping impossible. Also we got bit by some bugs while sleep, all our arms and legs are covered in bug bites and still itching even after days.

A lovely room with very nice beds, kitchen and rest room. Very convinient to go shopping through walking, or bus.
