Le WC fuit et l'odeur etait affreux.

Solamente la ubicación. Hay que subir dos pisos por una escalera muy estrecha e incómoda. Los coches no pueden acceder a esta calle, hay que caminar bastante desde las setas con las maletas.

Escaleras, ducha incómoda (se vertía). Muy poco ajuar en la cocina. Salida a las 11,00 horas, preguntamos para poder salir un poco más tarde y no nos dieron opción.

Appartamento in posizione strategica per visitare Siviglia, si trova nel pieno centro a 1 minuto dal Metropol Parasol e a 8 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale e dall’Alcazar. In zona ci sono ristoranti e locali di ogni tipo. La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort ed e molto curata. Il checkin è stato fatto online prima di arrivare. Nell’appartamento erano inoltre presenti indicazioni per un comodo deposito bagagli a prezzi molto convenienti situato a soli 300 metri.

La zona è molto viva di giorno e di notte e gli infissi non sono molto spessi, quindi di notte rumori si percepiscono. Nella struttura ci sono 3 diversi appartamenti e il numero 2 ha la serratura smart. Prima dell’arrivo ho ricevuto le informazioni per scaricare l’app e le info fotografiche per individuare l’appartamento. Credo che qualche indicazione più dettagliata per accedere al l’appartamento smart sarebbe necessaria perchè prima di capire come accedere ho perso 20 minuti.

The location was good. The apartment was nicely furnished and spacious.

We were provided with the wrong door code by the host and had to sleep on the communal staircase of the apartment and then on the street for the first night after arriving following a delayed flight at 1am. This was extremely distressing and unfortunately tainted our stay - we were promised a partial refund by the host and booking.com who are now both ignoring my emails and messages. We were eventually provided with the correct door code by the hosts the following morning. Please note that the hosts are not contactable outside of normal working hours despite having an “emergency” telephone number. There were several additional issues with the apartment. We were provided with an inadequate amount of toilet paper to share between three people over 4 nights so had to buy more of our own. There was also a leak from the shower/toilet draining system that flooded the bathroom each time we took a shower. apartment. After we informed the host about this issue on 20 October, a maintenance team was sent to fix the leak. However, the problem persisted. There was also mould on the ceiling of the main bedroom.
