The staff didn’t give us the entry pass to get into cap Cana so we had to get out of the taxi and wait on the side of the road for an hour with our luggage. They couldn’t accept the payment through booking so I had to send via PayPal and it delayed things further. The battery was drained on the electronic door lock and the deadbolt was locked inside so we couldn’t enter the property. Staff was extremely unhelpful.
