“Fantastic Navigli location with a lovely spa and exceptionally helpful staff!”

Fantastic location in Navigli, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and public transportation. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the spa. The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. I had injured my foot during my trip, and whenever I asked for ice they brought it to my room properly prepared in bags so I could use it easily. The air conditioning in room was great. Refrigerator had some items for sale, but I simply moved them for my own things. Bed and pillows were very comfy! Nice robe! Breakfast was great. Plenty of options even gluten free and vegan. I also had a minor issue with the room electricity a couple of times, which they fixed immediately, and they kindly removed some charges from my bill for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the level of service and how well they took care of me. There is a Carrefour express market steps away. A tip for car to/from MXP - I pre booked a taxi using the app FreeNow. It was only 110€ from hotel to MXP when i departed. Taxi can drive to the front of the building even though it's a pedestrian and authorized vehicle street I believe. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely sate and welcome!

I had a minor issue with the room key/electricity system a couple of times, but it was resolved immediately and handled extremely well by the staff. Hair dryer was not the strongest but that is expected in most European hotels.
