Apartment Santa Cruz Suite TI105

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and entirely online. I had to add my credit card details on a separate website just to pay the city tax. Since I was driving, this was an extra hassle, and it caused me to complete the check-in later than planned. After setting up the digital key, it still didn't work. We ended up waiting outside for about an hour, exhausted, until someone finally responded to my many emails and helped us get inside. The house itself was very nice. However, during check-out, we were required to leave the property exactly at the specified time, with no flexibility. That left us with a very negative overall impression.

“Precioso apartamento”

Me gusto la amplitud del apartamento, es muy comodo, moderno, limpio. Esta muy bien ubicado y no es para nada ruidoso el barrio. Mallorca es una ciudad preciosa y este apartamento enriquecio la experiencia.

Bueno, para ser exquisitos le pediria al anfitrion que dejara mas productos de lavaropa y para hacerr cafe en estancias largas.

“A very happy 7 day stay”

Great location, roomy place, nice layout having the living room/kitchen on the 2nd floor with views of the church outside. We stayed with a 6 month old and having a washing machine was very handy. The crib that was supplied was perfect to.
