The proximity to the historic center and to all the taverns, stores, cafes and everything. Close to the beach, a 10 min walk or less. The apartment is well equipped with everyrhing you need , it was located at the 3 rd floor and had a nice view.
The beds need some improvment, the mattress is old and the sofa has too much iron in it, and when extended it was not comfortable to sleep in. The door at the bathroom was swollen from moisture and the chairs from the dining table were old with peeled vinyl on them. Located on a busy area and not so quit at night, you need to sleep with closed windows.
