Located in the heart ❤️ of London, in the prestigious area of Westminster, the hotel offers the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for exploring the city. A special thank you goes to the Manager Anoop Nayar, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. The entire team at the reception was impeccable: always welcoming, helpful, and extremely professional. The breakfast team provided outstanding service. The gentlemen at the entrance, across all shifts, were consistently impeccable — professional, attentive, and always welcoming us with genuine warmth and elegance. We would also like to express our special gratitude to the whole team for helping us prepare a beautiful surprise for my husband’s son, who arrived from Italy while we were travelling from Germany. Their kindness, flexibility, and attention to personal details made this special moment even more memorable. The cleanliness of the room was flawless, with every detail perfectly taken care of. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were simply perfect — so comfortable that there was absolutely no need to bring our own from home 😝. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a wonderful night’s sleep. We especially loved the wonderful Penhaligon’s amenities, which are among our personal favorites. The breakfast was exquisite and of the highest quality. The Eggs Benedict were absolutely delicious 😍, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was the perfect addition to a wonderful breakfast experience. We highly recommend choosing not only the Continental Breakfast but also trying the traditional Full English Breakfast — simply delightful! A truly outstanding hotel with exceptional service, a wonderful atmosphere, and a team that makes guests feel special.
