How we compare the two prices. Same room, same dates, same cancellation terms. The standard rate is what that room costs on major booking platforms; the member rate is what you pay through The Travel Club. Both are per night for two guests, over a 1-night stay. Star ratings and review scores are supplier-verified. Prices and savings reflect your selected currency and are confirmed live at checkout.

What staying in Costa Adeje is actually like

Location
Courts need land, so this set splits between the larger Adeje and Las Américas resorts and the inland country clubs at San Miguel de Abona.
Dining
The coastal resorts run their own restaurants and sit near the promenade. The inland clubs do not — you will drive to eat.
Transit
15–25 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. The inland properties need a car; the coastal ones do not.

Concierge notes

Gran Tacande Wellness & Relax Costa Adeje

Rooms over the mountains, gardens or sea, with a Gold Level wing that carries its own infinity pool.

Tip: Gold Level buys a private area and infinity pool — the upgrade that actually changes the stay here.

Sir Anthony

Direct access to Camisón beach with ocean views from the balconies, rated 9.4.

Tip: Direct beach access is rare on this coast — most properties are a promenade walk away.

Royal Tenerife Country Club

Colonial-style apartments with balconies over gardens, plus courts, at San Miguel de Abona inland.

Tip: Apartments with living rooms; it is a country club rather than a beach resort, so plan on driving.

Europe Villa Cortes GL

A Mexican-mansion-styled seafront property at Las Américas with custom furniture and private balconies.

Tip: Seafront but in the busy half of the coast — the front rooms get the view and the promenade noise.

H10 Las Palmeras

On the Las Américas oceanfront promenade with direct beach access, across 2,400 stays.

Tip: The promenade position makes it the most walkable of this set.

Frequently asked questions

Why do athletes train in Tenerife?

Guaranteed temperature and altitude. The south is warm all winter and Teide gives you 2,000 m of climbing within an hour of the coast.

Is court time included?

Usually charged by the hour with racquet hire available. The country clubs run coaching programmes; the beach resorts generally do not.

Best months for training here?

November through March, when it is the warmest place in Europe and northern Europe is not. Summer afternoons are too hot for hard sessions.
