What staying in Fuengirola is actually like
- Location
- Fuengirola runs 7 km of continuous beach and promenade between Benalmádena and Mijas Costa. It is flat, dense and unpretentious — the opposite end of this coast from Marbella.
- Dining
- The paseo carries most of it, with Mijas Pueblo in the hills for a better evening. Prices are noticeably below Marbella.
- Transit
- The Cercanías train runs from Málaga Airport to Fuengirola in about 35 minutes, every 20 minutes. No car needed at all.
